How Ordering Works

Everything I bake is sourdough - from classic loaves to my thick, fluffy Moses Muffins and the cinnamon rolls known as Christinabons.


You’ll also find favorites like cookies, scones, sandwich bread, pizza dough, pancake mix, and other seasonal sourdough treats.


The menu changes often, so there’s always something new to try.

Garage setup for local sourdough bread pickup with organized boxes.

Everything is baked fresh and available by preorder. 


New menus drop Thursdays at 4:30 PM CST for pickup the following Friday in Elgin.


Occasionally I bake a few extras and post them on social media - first come, first served.

I host Sourdough 101 Workshops in my home kitchen where you’ll learn how to mix, shape, and bake your own sourdough using the same tools and methods I use.


Class dates are posted on the ordering page when 

available, and private classes for groups of 7–10 people can be arranged.
