Not at all! This class is designed for complete beginners and for people who have experience and want help making the perfect loaf.

Just yourself and a heavy ceramic or glass bowl (my favorite is this Mason Cash bowl). Everything is provided — tools, ingredients and good vibes. Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little floury.

Absolutely - and it makes it even more fun! Just make sure you each register individually so we have an accurate headcount.

Yes! You'll mix, shape, score and bake your own dough. You'll watch a loaf bake from start to finish, and you'll leave with two loaves to finish baking at home the next day.

Yes!  You'll need to have a Dutch Oven at home to bake your dough that you'll go home with.  I suggest the Lodge 5qt Dutch Oven.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to move you to a future date.
